You’ve probably gotten to a point of frustration in your life where you want to get rid of your belly fat or back fat or side fat or whatever extra fat resides on your body. This is likely what inspired the idea of making progress before and after you start doing HGH injections.

Suffice it to say, ridding yourself of this excess baggage can take a bit of grit, determination and hard work. But life and the plan that seems arduous, can both be made easier by doing one simple thing—time-restricted eating.

Say What?!

First and foremost, you should probably get a quick briefing on what this even is. Much like the name leads you to believe, time-restricted eating (TRE) is a dietary practice where you restrict the time that you eat your meals. You may also hear this referred to as time-restricted feeding (TRF).

There is no wrong way to address it, but there is a wrong way to do it. The idea is to cut down the time you eat your meals to 12 hours or less. AND, to not eat snacks between said meals, and to finish by 7 pm.

For a basic, 12-hour TRE plan, you would eat between 7 am and 7 pm. The goal is to be completely done by 7 pm too. Meaning your last bite of food or swallow of a calorie-laden beverage occurs by 7 pm.

This is a good strategy for general health, hormone function, and the reduction of disease risk. But when you are looking to shrink your waistline, you also want to shrink your eating window down a bit more as well.

A more aggressive approach would be the best bet here, such as following an 8-hour eating window where you have two meals a day and nothing in between. In this case, eating from 11 to 7 or 10 to 6 would be more adequate.

Now that we’ve established some clarity on the best approach, let’s get down to the reasons why.

1. Weight Loss

You just learned the most important reason. But let’s dig a little deeper. When you lose weight, especially in the abdomen, you not only feel and look better, but you also reduce your risk for a host of diseases, such as diabetes, fatty liver disease, and cancer.

It makes a lot of sense that you would want to do everything in your power to slim down the midsection, and TRE can get you there.

2. More Energy

Here’s a fun fact. People think they’re going to keel over and die if they don’t shove a doughnut or even nutrition bar down their gullet every 2 to 3 hours. That couldn’t be farther from the truth.

The fact is, when you abstain from eating for an extended period of time, your hunger actually goes down and your energy goes up! This includes your physical energy and mental energy too.

So don’t believe the hype from someone who works two cubicles down from you. Only take advice from seasoned experts. And even then, use your own body as a test subject. Just try it and watch what happens. Chances are, you’ll feel so good that you’ll extend your fast even longer than originally planned.

3.  Hormone Balance

The reason you are getting a prescribed HGH dosage is to help balance out your hormones. Well, by doing TRE, you can get those suckers back in balance. Or, at least get them close to where they need to be.

And this goes beyond HGH. It’s ghrelin, it’s leptin, its testosterone, IGF1 and so on. By balancing these hormones, you can also balance your appetite and further boost your energy levels. Plus, much like HGH, testosterone is beneficial for muscle gain and preservation.

4. Toxic Food Elimination

Are you aware that sugar is a neurotoxin, and it’s more addictive than cocaine? Well, you are now! And that’s a staggering, sobering thought. The bottom line is, you don’t want excess sugar in your diet.

Not only can it add to the tufts of fat on your body, but it can also jack up your hormones and brain even more.

If you eat six or seven or eight times a day, you have plenty of options to add more sugar to your diet. And this will ultimately spell bad news. The fixer in this situation is TRE. If you eat fewer meals, and eat less often, you are less apt to get a high dose of sugar in your system.

That’s a big win for you on all points. Plus, sugar is associated with processed baked goods and empty calories. By cutting back on it, you also dodge this scenario.

5. Better Sleep Patterns

Sleep is where the real benefits lie. It is during sleep that the following happens:-

  • Your body produces high amounts of HGH and testosterone, which spark muscle recovery.
  • The cells in your body regenerate.
  • Organs get a long reprieve and create homeostasis for the rest of your body.
  • The brain gets the much-needed rest it needs to function optimally the next day.
  • The immune function goes up!

Are you sold yet on the importance of sleep? If so, then don’t eat late at night! Because if you do, you wipe out every single one of these benefits.

By following a TRE protocol, and especially finishing as early in the evening as possible, you will sleep like a baby cheetah and be able to run like one the next day.

Think Fast for Life

Fasting and time-restricted eating should be taken very seriously. You will not find a more simple plan to follow that can bring such benefits to the body. Just know that it’s much like exercise. You start out gradually and get stronger over time. As long as you are patient and willing to buckle down a bit, you can achieve your best mind and body ever.
